Steve taught me arm exercises that I’m able to use for a lifetime.. I went in with sharp arm pain, when I would lift weights. "I went to Camas physical Therapy for a frozen shoulder. I had been told by my Doctor that a woman of my age usually ends up in surgery with this issue. After a fall in the ice in December I found myself was unable to get a glass of water from the kitchen sink since I couldn’t stretch my left arm enough to reach the faucet handles. Now I have full usable range of motion and I want to thank Zane and his wonderful team for a miracle like transformation of my shoulder. Jacob gave me a workable plan and Derek was great at pushing me just enough to get results. At the front desk Ashton and Melissa are delightful and professional they greet me with a smile every time.

"I took a friend of mine to Camas physical therapy after hernia surgery I picked her up and drove her to physical therapist and she had only good words to say about it so I have no idea what they do or what they're like I have my own out at Vancouver Clinic and it is only a half an hour hers were an hour and they gave her some type of massage therapy afterwards and I don't get it so a little bummed about that I think Vancouver Clinic needs to step up their physical therapy department and get on the ball with infrared I believe it is massage on whatever Parts you have was operated on she had her knee done I had my knee done and she's doing really really good I'm doing good it's only been 3 months since then so but I just wish that Vancouver Clinic had more resources than what they do"

"Camas Physical Therapy saved my trip to Germany. I had persistent bursa pain in my left hip/thigh to the point that I could not walk. They used ultrasound, deep tissue massage, and muscle-building exercises to eliminate it. When it threatened to reappear, they got me in quickly and gave intense treatments. It is Gone! "My experience with Camas Therapy has been far above my expectations. During August, 2016 I was in terrible pain with pain in my right side. My PCP suggested I find a Physical Therapy group to find relief.
I was pleased to discover that Camas Therapy was run by none other than the Timberline Therapy under the watchful eye of Zane Smith. They treated me several years ago with a few sessions.
With all the tools at their disposal, my relief was short lived. After a series of injections with no relief I was referred to a nerve specialist, Rebound Dr. Musleh, he discovered my L3 vertebra had shifted and was pressing against my spinal cord. A Lumbar Laminectomy was the solution.
My surgery was August 10, 2017. 2 months recovery with limited movements and a full back brace all the time except when sleeping. My next visit with Dr. Musleh I was told to find a Physical Therapist with a program to get me moving again.
Camas Physical Therapy was 5 minute away, so that was my choice. The analysis was made by Zane as to the routine to follow. His first question, what is your goal. I would love to walk 5 miles a day without pain.
Everything from warmup to limited leg and back movements followed by cool pads and electrical stimulation. Each session showed improvement. My next session with Dr Musleh and new X-ray showed the healing was well above average. He gave me an OK to use my home gym to improve strength.
My 5 mile goal has been achieved and pain has been eliminated. My new goal is being able to lift objects without doing damage.
Many thanks to Camas Therapy and staff for giving me their undivided attention during the 12 sessions I attended.
If anyone needs therapy and ask my advice, Camas Therapy is the people to visit ASAP."
